DATA-DRIVEN PROPAGATION MODELING OF PET-DERIVED ALZHEIMER’S PATHOLOGY IN A PRECLINICAL COHORT

      The transmission of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) related pathology along neural pathways is supported by cell, animal, and emerging neuroimaging evidence. However, the pattern of spread of pathology in the preclinical stage of AD is not well known. In this study, we developed a data-driven method for deriving propagation dynamics of networks of amyloid pathology using longitudinal PET images and estimated disease progression in a preclinical cohort.
