COMPARISON OF AMYLOID-β DEPOSITION AND AMYLOID POSITIVITY OF TWO COHORTS USING DIFFERENT QUANTIFICATION METHODS: RESULTS FROM ADNI AND KBASE COHORTS

      The goals are to compare measurements of cortical retention ratios of Pittsburgh compound B (PiB) positron emission tomography (PET) in two ethnically different cohorts (Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) and Korean Brain Aging Study for the Early Diagnosis and Prediction of Alzheimer’s disease (KBASE)) and to examine if different image quantification methods produce different distribution of accumulation levels.
