IN-VIVO MODELS OF REGIONAL AMYLOID STAGING: LONGITUDINAL VALIDITY AND IMPACT OF REGION-SPECIFIC THRESHOLDS

      Previously, we have developed an in-vivo staging model of regional amyloid progression based on the frequency of regional amyloid-positivity across cross-sectional Florbetapir-PET scans of older individuals. Here we refine the assessment of amyloid spread by incorporating regionally varying positivity thresholds into our staging model and assess its consistency in longitudinal PET data.
